  I used Ed when I purchased my house. I heard from quite a few people that he was the guy to go to when trying to buy a short sale or a foreclosed home. We ended up finding a foreclosure at the end of October and I was moving in on December 1. I would highly recommend Ed. The process was simple, everything went perfect. I couldn't have had a better experience.

  They took advantage of me and my wife, I told my realtor I wouldn't pay anymore than 140,000 and he upped my price by 3 thousand dollars.. My realtor claimed there were going to be certain repairs but there was barely anything done to the house, and we have lived here for one week and their locks are still on the doors. They still haven't taken the for sale sign out front...I would be extremely careful with William Hornbrook. The only thing I can say went well was actually getting the keys to the house.
